The variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, coupled with the surrounding forest lands, provides an ideal atmosphere for all kinds of small groups seeking a peaceful, private gathering spot. The Weekend Package
Use of all facilities for the weekend: $6500
This includes the 4 guest bedrooms, maximum 12 people, breakfast for lodgers, 4 common rooms in the lodge, terrace, pavilion, sun deck and 200 acres of gardens and trails. The rental begins on Friday 3 pm to Sunday 2 pm. set up and clean up inclusive.
One hour rental is $150 per hour during 11 am to 8 pm inclusive with the use of all outside facilities, no lodging.
Just Lodging: The 4 guest rooms overlook the gardens and trails. All rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning and include breakfast. We have wireless internet. Please see the Lodging pages for separate rates.
If you want us to cater your event, this is priced separately. The price will depend upon your food and drink selections and will be priced per person. Friday night buffet dinner, Saturday lunch buffet, and Sunday brunch are available for up to 50 people inside and around the deck and terrace at the lodge. If there are more than 50 people, a tent can be rented. Again, this is priced separately due to the variety of seating and service choices.
The new ski barn/pavilion is a great place for small gatherings. Receptions on the lawn shaded by the 200-year-old maple trees. For larger gatherings, a tent may be rented and placed in the field.
